Care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately.  You may not reproduce any photos or
content on our website for any purpose without prior written consent.

We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part.  
Inventory

We cannot ensure permanent availability of all items.  Some products sell much better than we can
predict.  If something is out of stock, we'll give you the best information that we can on anticipated delivery
dates.
Payments

Shop with confidence!  We have partnered with Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC,  a premier payment
solutions company since 1985, to offer fast, secure and reliable credit card transactions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,  American Express and Paypal.  

Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart.  If you
receive notice that an item is out of stock or backordered, you can opt to cancel the order and your card
will be refunded.  
Orders

We will inform you if an item is unexpectedly out of stock.  Due to inventory and packaging requirements,
items may be shipped in separate or multiple packages.   Spoil Me in Style reserves the right to cancel
any order if the product is no longer available and we will contact you in this case.  No compensation will
be paid in such cases but customers will not be charged for any item or order that is cancelled by us.
Returns

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.  If you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason, please contact us via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to get return
authorization approval.  Item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with any original tags attached.  We
cannot accept returns for personalized or custom designed products unless defective or damaged.  
Please do not send any item back to us without prior authorization as some items must be returned to the
manufacturer.  In this case, the customer may be subject to manufacturer's restocking fees.  

Please note that when returning items in which you received a discount offer, that discount offer will no
longer apply if you fall below the discount offer threshold.  Shipping is non refundable.

Sales Tax

Spoil Me in Style is based in Northwest Ohio.  Sales tax is charged if the shipping address is within the
State of Ohio.
Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS, so please use a street address only (no P.O.
Boxes).  We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.  You will receive your  
items within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order.  In stock items usually ship within 2 days.  For
custom designed or personalized items, please check each items page to see individual delivery
information.

We such a large assortment of items to offer, we cannot fit everything into our warehouse.  Dropship items
are sent directly from the manufacturer.

Once the package is in the care of the delivery service, Spoil Me in Style is not responsible if the services
do not deliver packages in time. The delivery service times are not something we can control.
